and establish a presence on the internet. We will help
register your own domain name which will become your unique

you offer internet access?
No, you will need local Internet Service Provider to
to gain access to the internet.
Do
you offer web page design services?
Yes we do. We've designed over 250 websites over
the last eight years.
How
do I transfer files to my web site?
Files may be transferred to the web server via Microsoft
FrontPage, File Transport Protocol (FTP) or a Telnet Client.
If you have a PPP internet account and need FTP software,
you can download a program for either the PC or Mac from
our site. There's more information available in our Online
Manual.
CAUTION: If
you use FrontPage to publish your website to our
server, then DO
NOT use an FTP
program to upload, edit or delete your files in the WWW
directory. This is where your FrontPage extensions are
and you will corrupt the FrontPage extensions on your
account.
Will
I have unlimited access to update my pages?
You have unlimited access via FrontPage, FTP & SSH
using your User ID and Password, 24-hours a day. You can
create your web pages offline on your own computer's hard-drive
and upload the files to your website at any time.
Can
I use my account for commercial purposes?
Yes, you can use your account for commercial purposes!
If desired, secure server access is made available Free
which provides a secure environment whereby payment information
(such as a credit card number) can be transmitted from
web browser to web server encrypted mode.
Can
I resell space within my own account?
Yes you may resell space on our servers. You must first
be registered as a reseller. for more information
visit our reseller page.
Do
you accept international orders?
Yes, we host domains all over the world. We welcome you
as a domain name or better yet, a reseller.
What
contract and payment terms are available?
We bill in monthly increments for credit card orders.
We accept Visa , American Express, and MasterCard. We
also accept personal and business checks, Direct Wire
Transfers and Money Orders in US$ only. All Check &
Money Order payments are to be in amount for the full
contracted amount.
Do
you offer technical support to customers ?
Yes. We offer both Email Support and Phone Support.
We encourage our customers to send email to support@myfrontpagehost.com
with questions or concerns about their web site. You may

a trouble ticket. We are relatively quick to respond to
support email 24 hours a day. If we cannot offer a solution
to a concern within a 24 hour time frame, we will invite
you to call us or we'll call you directly. Most problems
are resolved within minutes from receiving just one email
message.
How
long does it take to set up a new account?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Once
an account is set up an activation notice will be sent
to you via email including a userid, reseller id if applicable,
password, and FTP hostname. You can begin uploading files
to your new web site immediately. Domain account users
will be given a temporary URL to access their site via
the web prior to the completion of either domain registration
or transfer.

Does
1st Advantage Marketing Handle Domain Registration ?
Yes. For all new domain requests, 1st Advantage Marketing
will submit the request to InterNIC. For transferring
of domains, 1st Advantage Marketing will submit the transfer
request. If there is an error on either request form,
InterNIC will contact you. It is up to you to either correct
the problem and resubmit the request, or correct the problem
and send the request to 1st Advantage Marketing, in return
1st Advantage Marketing will resubmit the request.
How
long does it take before my domain name is active?
Once the the domain is registered, it usually takes about
72-hours before it is active. All internet providers must
update their records (DNS tables) to reflect new site
locations. This is called propagation.
What
is the fee for domain registration ?
The fee to register a domain is $14.95/year.
